Announces a 2-for-1 Forward Split and a New Subsidiary TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1999--Corporate Vision Inc. (OTC: CVIA - news) in preparation for a merger with a large commercial land developer company located in Cincinnati, Ohio, announces it has formed a new subsidiary company -- Corporate Vision Development Inc. In order to expedite the facilitation of this merger, the board of directors has decided a 2-for-1 forward split to be in the best interest of all participating parties and shareholders. The date of record for this forward split is Aug. 14, 1999, and the ex-date will be Aug. 15, 1999.
