this is old news. The shares have been sold on Aug 3. CNBC's reporting is inaccurate. Moreover he has a lot of shares left with cnet. The count is in millions. This SEC filing was made after close on Aug 6th. He has already sold his shares last week. That should explain the weakness last week. This news already factored in.
