Well, let's hope the stock still has legs after the last analyst has capitulated!

And then we have to start watching for downgrades... They might come along later, hopefully much later!

Selling after the second downgrade sounds reasonable to me. But it should be done regardless of what the stock price is. If your target is $100, and the downgrades gather speed at, say, $92, it is probably foolish to stick to the target and hang on to the stock. One's target price has no relevance to how the market behaves.
