And I always recogonize someone that knows nothing about the company they are in. You are right it is an insult. I am just confused about how you can claim to have held this stock for an extended period of time and taken huge losses on this last year and this year and yet not know anything about the preferred stock. Maybe you can clear up that mystery???? Tell me if you think that I am wrong on that logic track but explain what you meant then in your orginal post. I guess that if you did not no anything about the preferred then you would not mind giving me the extra shares that you got from the dividend that was just paid.

I don't know how we can help. You either know about the preferred or you don't know about them. It pays an 8% stock dividend and is trading at 7 3/4 right now.
