it all depends on the time frame, Diamond.
one looks stupid holding EGRP in august 1999, but like a genius in 2002.
it's the time frame.
some people forget the meaning of "investing" and the meaning of "long term".
should i buy MER, MWD, JPM, because they are "cheaper" on a valuation basis? it's EGRP that i like, not them!
in a similar fashion, should i buy CPQ instead of DELL, because it's "cheaper"?
buy the companies you like, whose products you use, and forget about them.
hey, i daytrade too, it's fun, but never touch my core portfolio.
