A good explanation. That is the same conclusion I reached. The value in MVEE is clear, and MVEE will in essence be splitting it's upcoming revenues with EINI. EINI will benefit from an increase in revenues. The only real question to me is, what does EINI bring to the deal that makes it worth this? Mark
