Jud, I'm sure the money obtained from selling the 27MM shares (from 3MM after the RS to 30MM) is in the hands of BNEZ or the spin-offs. Unless of course it was spent already on the massive PMA marketing push! But seriously, it can't be cheap to spin-off 4 separate reporting companies.....that must be consuming quite a bit. I hope they have good reasons for doing it this way, as opposed to spinning off 1 company containing all those same parts. heatseeker
