Walter: I think your questions are apt and well considered.

One thing we know is that MVEE management has expressed concern about the large number of outstanding shares. According to Investor Relations, they have been considering various means to reduce the shares. Up to now, what those means were remained unclear. One outcome of the merger is to reduce the shares and elevate share price. Hopefully, that combination of factors may make it more difficult to manipulate or suppress share price.

Aside from that, the companies appear to be in clearly distinguishable aspects of the entertainment business. Perhaps the attractiveness of Castnet to actors and aspiring actors will be enhanced by being associated with a real film production company. Acting is a profession of dreams.
