DELL's stock is going to drop considerably. They have forgotten customer service and technical support, which is essential for online sales and retaining customers. Dell's sales to large customers don't contribute much to their earnings, as these large customers essentially negotiate the prices way down, leaving no profit margin. Usually, stock brokers get taken in when they hear major deals being concluded, such the one Dell did recently with Amazon. These are competetive bids, and you can bet amazon got the better of the deal and hung Dell out to dry.

Dump your DELL stock before it is too late!
