Details ... We need details! <VBG> Is the authorized going to change accordingly? What about our P's? And how will this affect Archival and other IPO's? I would gather from your post that the company we are merging with is already a public company and is currently trading. Is this how we are going to get off the OTC/BB and on to a better exchange?
