The Nasdaq index is down 13% from its high, S&P 10%, Russell 2000 9%, and Dow 5%. Is this the start of something big, or a buying opportunity? I take a well respected newsletter which believes we will see more drop. A friend has a very good advisor who says we are about at the bottom of this move. Anyone have any ideas?
