I like T Bills right now.

They should beat the markets return going forward and are safe too. Risk vs reward has not been the siren call of the Internets. With guaranteed returns of principle + interest....they will become more interest'ing.

I disagree with you on Greenspan. He's an excellent chairman and has governed this countries finances (and the worlds) with distinction.

Interest rates have been returned to a pre-International monetary crisis positioning with only a small increase by the FED. Greenspan has a lot more room to wander around in. He's accomplished his purpose by "chattering" to politicians.

I expect NO increase come Aug 24th....BWDIK, I'm not an expert on monetary policies.
