Hi Don, I was looking at the latest Qtr's financial results. I'm somewhat shocked and exasperated as DAD seems to be more of a DISASTER than I thought it could ever possbly be. They're unofficially bankrupt!! No cash in the bank and $4m in a/p and accrued liabilties.

I think Mr. Calgary on this thread was willing to bet me$100 DAD would post a profit in 6 quarters. I'll up the ante and bet him publicly $10,000 that DAD will never even come close to making a profit in 6 Qtrs. without some type of fancy book keepin'! Even the financial statements seem to be a complete utter joke!!!!! I have to admit, it's the first time I've ever seen a "Direct Cost" line directly under Gross Operating Margin. Does this mean their COGS are therefore indirect costs? Someone please explain this to me! Maybe the new new Unilever guy could help out? Maybe the kids from the local primary school are doing DAD's books?

Mr. Harrison, a Sales and Mktg guy, seems to have completely run the company into the ground. Maybe the plates on his BMW should read "I Scream" instead of "Ice Krm"?

On my usual Saturday and Sunday walks with Junior I'll be sure to keep my eyes open for a For Sale sign when we pass by "the Dairy".

John
