Don't be so sure about that. Consider if you will the millions of people Clinton has terrorized through the so-called legitimate functions of his office. Then consider his restraints and precedents. Hitler had neither built-in systemic restraints nor a leader precedent for his conscience or wisdom formation.

Then, using an adjustment factor (same concept as "inflation adjusted" wages), on a history-adjusted scale, Clinton would have to be Hitler's equal.
