"The process is nearing completion, Neff said Tuesday, and the company expects to announce the results "shortly."

That is the key thing in the release. It would seem that word is leaking out about the deal or whatever it is and the market price simply doesn't justify what the company got. Guys like us will always find out about this kind of stuff the hard way in the drop in the stock price. Fortunately, I've been out for some time and just watching this mayhem.
