Chris-This weeks Barron's interviews Don Hays, a TA who manages the "Mentor Strategy Fund." He is now 30% in cash. I like his ideas alot. He's been at it for almost 30 years. I also think the market will trade downward adjusting for this last rate hike, and I do believe that small caps will be the place to be when we come back.

I love TA, as well as FA. I try to play the piano with both hands.
