They use IP addresses to tell if you are already a user apparently. I wonder how that would apply to 2 users that use the same computer? Anyway someone I know was suspended for a weekend and logged back in under go2net, set up a new user etc. and SI caught him doing that... now he is permanently suspended (btw if anybody knows how to rescue someone permanently suspended, let me know). I was considering setting up a separate gnet account just to visit the coffee shop threads but obviously decided against it.
