I don't see a reference to PINC paying anything for the PR.
If you have one lets see it.

THESUBWAY.COM ANNOUNCES INVESTMENT OPINION BUSINESS EDITORS
NOTE TO EDITORS: THE FOLLOWING IS AN INVESTMENT OPINION ISSUED BY
THESUBWAY.COM WESTON, FLA. (BUSINESS WIRE)AUG. 10, 1999:

TheSubway.com announces investment opinion on PlanetCity.com (OTCBB:
PINC) with a 6 month target of $8-10 per share, US Web (NASDAQ:
USWB.O) and Network Solutions (NASDAQ: NSOL.O). PlanetCity.com
(OTCBB: PINC.O) recently announced that it teamed up with ConSyGen
(OTCBB: CSGI.O) as well as the creation of a new Web Services
Division. More excitingly, the company has announced that it will be
profitable in September of this year and that their recent
acquisition of its web services division is currently profitable.
The momentum building behind the company and its future direction is
a good reason for consideration of the company to be an undiscovered
rising star. The company's main focus is in mainframe, client /
server, PC and internet environments around the world. The variety
of full services offered to customers should enhance customers' sales
and marketing functions as well as integrate back office automation.
This should build existing relationships as well as start new ones.
This will lead to an increase in profitability. The Company is
looking to earn $.25 per share in 1999, and $.95 per share in 2000.
We feel that a 6 month target of $8.00 - $10.00 is conservative.
