Not meant to pick or say I told you so, please don't take it that way.

Companies do not quit before they go before a panel. If they believe they have a drug 'they takes their chances'. Nothing is a given, ever. Look at SNRS; you tick off the wrong people and they piss in your froot loops. That is the name of this game.
