As you acknowledged you were wrong on your voltage guess. Its nice to see that you admitted to this fact.

You are also DEAD WRONG on your power dissipation numbers which you got from your "sources". At 600 MHz, maximum power dissipation is 50 W, not the 67.2 W which you foolishly got from multiplying 1.6 by 42. I thought you would have a better grasp of this issue. Here are the specs according to AMD:

Maximum power dissipation for 500, 550, 600, 650MHz is 42, 46, 50, and 54W

Typical power dissipation for 500, 550, 600, 650MHz is 38, 41, 45, and 48W
