The price is more than shocking, it is an outright bargain. I was a buyer at 28 and established 50% of my intended long-term position. If this isn't the bottom, it's close enough for me. At this level, either the stock will rebound sharply after the Aug. 24th Fed meeting is over and done with, or it will be an attractive takeover candidate for one of the large telecom players. If it does go lower, I buy again and complete my position.
