Amein, bite your tongue!! While I can weather a drop into the 50s, it will not be pretty sight and is not something I want to see.

The pundits are predicting a roll out of the net sector, no more high-flying IPOs, a complete reliance on earnings-driven investing by the masses. I guess you might say they are predicting the death of the web as a viable means of commerce. I would normally argue violently against such talk because the web is still in its infancy. But, the talk of applying taxes to web commerce, restricting web commerce, and regulating web activities increases every day.

If the proponents of the taxing, restricting and regulating have their way, what do you suppose the web will become? How will they accomplish their goals in a media that knows no boundaries? What freedoms will be forfeit?
