It's midday here. Midnight there. You confuse me with an east coast person. I'm so far east that I'm west. Is it right to hold the industry responsible for the results of peoples' free choice to smoke? Is it right to hold Ford responsible for the deaths of people who chose to drive Pinto cars? I said nothing about whether I thought these things were right or wrong. I said that holding the industry responsible for deaths by smoking, or Ford responsible for the Pinto deaths (though there is an additional issue here involving informed choice) is inconsistent with a libertarian position.
