I watch this stock daily, and I believe it is being accumulated. It seems to demonstrate it over and over to me as I watch the real time depth. Maybe it will start to move up when the accumulation in the 26-29 (give or take a penny) area happens. I am reassured that this stock is holding up at an upper level (high 20's range)which should make this area a new base of support (I hope), at least in the short term. Just my opinion.
