Puerquito, if you meet somebody more upfront than me you best run away squealing and hide. No, i wasn't thinking of cygs, but of the World's Longest Short Squeeze [lolol] ... you know, the one around which the Swinelry collected to ease their post-partum depression following ovis/rmil and tvsi, the one with the wacko molecular structure on its website once upon a time, the one where you used to nip the ankles of informative posters like Jeffrey and Mr B, the one where you couldn't quite back up the existence of the 'exclusive permit to export from Amazonia'. That one. Lolol. Too much stevia not good.
But now that you mention it - yeah, the Summer '98 Big Dog promotion of cygs - wasn't that a hoot ... "will rock the biomedical world" - #reply-5232572 ... "the opportunity of a thousand lifetimes" - #reply-5233553 ... what did he get it pumped up to, around three bucks? .. looks like it's fourty-five cents now ... well i suppose those inclined will look for some sort of message in that eh ... but the immortal immune immature frozen shrimp, that was my favourite part.
Yes, i think it's reasonable to expect comprehensive audited financials prontito. TEDennis has been CEO now for four months, president for three, and i can't believe he would throw his talents away on some non-reporting bulletin board share distribution scheme. Nor would Bill Ulrich join him without some assurance of legitimacy in the near future, imho.
The part in which i will be most interested will be the share structure, the history of the share structure, major shareholders and their holdings/options/warrants etc .... being a software outfit pinc won't have a meaningful balance sheet, and being a startup not much of a P&L ... it's getting the complete up-to-date share structure out in the open that's most important imho, the better to assuage inevitable fears of the standard hidden non-reporting bulletin board share-printing monsters. |
