Hello Vaughn,
You certainly have legitimate concerns, as have many other investors.
No, I don' t think I sounded mellow yesterday. It was just that I gave the new management credit for having kept GMD going instead of having it wound up in which case we would have lost everything. That's all. Remember, GMD was on the brink of total collapse!
When I said that the new management was going easy on Don Farrell, I am NOT implying that failure to collect (or lack of stringent measures to enforce collection of) his debt is excusable! I was just telling you why I think they were going easy on him. Now it would appear that entirely new faces should have been on the new GMD management team!
I guess that, unless the new team is completely overhauled, the issue of collecting the debt will remain a knotty one for us with management hoping we will gradually forget about it when hopefully, more good news become available in the future.
But we have to realise that completely revamping the management will be a highly drastic and traumatic process which is something many investors would not wish to experience again, at least not for now or in the near future,
For sure, the Doc' should tell ALL! And unless lotsa' investors keep on bugging them for answers, I guess they will eventually palm off the whole damned issue of DF's debt as nothing.
Just my opinion only.
Regards,
