Robert, you are right in your assessment that the market in general influences the stock as well, but when you look at the universe of stocks, VLNC was already technically weak prior to the recent shakings, and in weak markets the weakest stock act the worst (that is one reason you get rapidly expanding lists of new 52 weeks lows).
