tonto, I agree with you but take it as a compliment. Cisco is deeply concerned about Lucent just as they should be. Lucent is just as concerned about Cisco! It is going to be Lucent - Cisco or Cisco - Lucent for at least the next 10 years. Lucent is making inroads into data networking while Cisco is making inroads in voice. The two gorillas are sizing each other up. Don't let the people with the Cisco blinders on tell you otherwise. Do what I do, own them BOTH! Because they are going to make a lot of us a lot more money! Cheers, Steve
