Per,

Just a suggestion. You might be able to gleen some more technical info from the patent. USA Patent no 4381544 or European Patent No 81401757. Generally patents give a lot of technical detail of their inventions.

I am certain there has been a lot of doubt about the technology from experts in industry. That is why Dr. Stamm has had to put up his own money for surveys and that is why IMO UPR has risked very little in their initial venture with IMMM. It still remains to be proven to be commercially viable. As we all would agree, if it were proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, there is no way you could buy a ticket for l/t $1.00 as you can now. I guess due diligence can only extend so far in a venture such as this. My thinking is buy small until the commercial viability is proven and then hope to get in before the price goes too far. The equation value = price x risk would certainly apply here.

I do not believe neccessarily that commercial viability will be proven with success on the initial drilling (this may be just the foot in the door) but will probably be done over the entire 50 hole planned development. If IMMM can produce the 16 commercial wells out of the fifty, then I believe that their claims will be fully backed up with performance and they can pretty well write their own ticket at that time. IMO this will take the better part of the year or maybe well into 1998 to complete and the stock price will probably increase with each successful well. By that time we will be starting to get some idea of actual earnings so the stock increases may well be dramatic. These are my thoughts only and may or may not reflect any reality of the situation.

IMHO.
