Robert, since there was no mention of the patent by XOMA,I just consider it another of the many, "NON NOVEL", patents. Suggestion for name of XOMA drug to treat OME, "Ephphatha" meaning to be opened in Hebrew, Mark 7:34 But somehow I too was impressed with the new non novel patent. Too bad all the good news is built into the price and these other potential applications won't excite anyones interest even if XOMA is able to demonstrate BPI works for meningococcemia. <G>
