hang on there Big hot stuff..Noone knows better how restructuring or liquidation works..OK..I have been involved in hundreds of them..your playing with words ..doesnt negate the fact that these negotiations will only result in one thing and that is probably some kind of warrant and or new stock for current common holders..So the fact that this is a reorganization prior to a forced liquidation doesnt alter the end result by much... To me iot doesnt matter if it is a liquidation or a reorganization ..in one case the stock is worth zero and the othere its a few pennies..Meaningless differenece
