I have repeatedly answered this question so I can only assume you are not satisfied with the answer.

Let me try again. Sometimes through my dd I encounter stuff that leads me to believe something specific is going on with the company. In most cases, I will allude to it in an effort to comfort some longs who may be on the fence or worried if the market is significantly down. However, it is the companies business to release news and in most cases I would only be hurting them to talk about specifics. In cases like Net2dine, I will post about it after someone else does.

Besides, deals fall apart all the time. It's not official until it's official.

Anyway, I have no more to say about this.
