One thing that is striking in these figures is the inconsistency between 8Mx8 pricing and DIMM pricing. Could it be that these DIMMs are being assembled using 16Mx8 parts and that the 128Mb/64Mb price cross over has already occurred. If the yields of 64 Mb parts are as high as some here have stated, this is reasonable. 64 Mb pricing may no longer be any more important than 16 Mb pricing. Ed
