A interesting find I guess proceedings take longer than I thought. Filed 4-15-99 Scroll down apprx. 2/3 of the page as it is long. Four different references to our CMLK. Filer Daniel Cohn Notice of private sale of real estate free and clear of claims and monetary encumbrances and proposed assumption and assignment of associated municipal development agreements. Don't know exactly what this means,still searching. Also called 978-264-4155 yesterday just to make sure phone was still being answered. It is. mab.uscourts.gov
