You're right. This stock, is by far, the worst POS I have ever owned. Where the heck the bottom is I don't know. It's technicals are abysmal. It keeps defying positive news.

I'd say, normally, it's time to buy. But every time I think that it goes lower. There is a sign on my desk that has 2 rules:

1) Don't buy broken stocks.
2) See rule #1.

Sure the internets have been croaked, and the market is on thin ice. But USWB can't even muster a positive tone when the market and sector move up.
