Clint,

I am not going to, either. Get tired of being in and out. Might just hold and average down or write ccs. Ebay might just be backing and filling for a while.

I am watching amtd and nite to give me bottom signals to start accumulating some small etailers.

From marketwatch:
"The leaders, which include America Online, EBay, Yahoo and
Amazon.com will still dictate the direction of the overall market," said
Daniel Rimer, who heads Internet research at Hambrecht & Quist. This
means they'll have to show signs of rescucitating before the overall sector
turns around.

Whether it's a meaningful rebound is another question. "Does it (that
mentality) make sense?" Rimer asked. No, he said. "It's just psychology."
There's still "a lot more scrutiny" applied to the business models of these
sat.

Cristina Morgan, an investment banker at the same investment firm heeds
words of caution as well, foretelling a "rocky" session over the next couple
of weeks with the direction "mostly down."

Shares of one-day old HotJobs.com (HOTJ: news, msgs), the New
York-based online recruiter that was priced below its filing range by 20
percent, inched up 1/8 to 7 3/4. HotJobs.com priced its offering at $8.

Shares of ExciteAtHome (ATHM: news, msgs) rose 3/16, or 0.5 percent,
to 34 13/16 after losing 8.9 percent Tuesday and 12 percent Monday on
word that AT&T (T: news, msgs) is open to talks with other Internet
service providers when its multiyear contract with ExciteAtHome ends.

Xoom.com (XMCM: news, msgs) added 1 3/16, or 3.9 percent, to 31
3/8 after losing 8.5 percent on Tuesday. Chairman Chris Kitze told
CBS.MarketWatch.com that the company is on track for an October
completion of its three-way merger with General Electric's (GE: news,
msgs) NBC unit and Snap.com, the Web site jointly operated by NBC
and CNet (CNET: news, msgs).

In fact, there could be significant announcements in the next couple of
weeks on the business-development side related to the deal, said Kitze.
