O.T.To Pat and al@householdhints.com, " easy out " can also be used when a lawnmower breaks your sprinkler heads. You can remove the old heads and put a new one on.
Cost to you ~ US$ 7, and after you buy the easy out, $ 1 to buy sprinkler head tubing.
If you call somebody, ~ $30+

.T. - To remove an embedded screw with a broken or damaged head drill a hole in the screw and use a device called an "easy out" which should be
available at any good hardware store. It is a small tapered screw with a left hand thread and is specifically designed for this purpose. All homeowners
should have a set of three in different sizes.
