I have been getting informatin from the FCC this morning and also talked with Bart Seidler - GAAY is legit and has been. Mr. Olsen has been braodcasting on both radio stations for years; the 24 hour programming will go into effect SOON like August 31, 1999; the property is owned by FTP Corporation; the licensing to broadcast is held by Mr. Olsen; all this via written agreement and obtainable from the FCC;
It appears there is an attempt by the other corporation that wants this GAAY stock - wants it to drop and IS manipulating so it can lowre the stock price and get shares cheap; all 'experts' I have spoken with have said this, this is NOT SOMETHING SOME EMOTIONAL BROAD IS MAKING UP.
There is a written agreement with Triangle and FTP corporation that extends at least several years; never, NEVER has there been any problem with Triangle paying its bills.
The property was purchased by FTP Investment Crporation out of San Francisco around July 30, 1996 for about 1.423 million taxed at $16,933.70 yearly.
There is a problem with several parties that had one time been associated with Triangle in some fashion or another, a Mr. Ray Malone - listed the licensed broadcast properties Triangle OWNS AND HAS EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to has registered a main frame house valued at some 72K as the radio station. Mr. Raymond Keith Malone has no valid phone numbers - disconnected, but resides in Galveston Apartment D.
A Mr. Fred Lundgren out of Cameron incorporated a company called Washington Broadcast Management Company Inc state id 0143364700 and it is NOT IN GOOD STANDING.
Jerome Friemel is the incorporater the comany Washington Broadcast Management Company,Inc, is located at 110 County Road, Cameron Texas 76520.
they issued 10 million shares of stock at .25 ea
It appears Lundgren and WASHINGTON BROADCAST MANAGEMENT COMPANY, INC
and the BROADCAST MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. have applied to the FCC to obtain AM facility rights to broadcast on KBRO and KNTB giving the FCC the 19339 Gatling Court
Katy TX 77449 address; BUT THEY DON't HAVE ANY RIGHTS
They are acting maliciously and fraudulently in attempts to disturb the operating procedures of Triangle Broadcasting and FTP Investment Group.
I am in the process of digging up information on Lundgren but I can already tell you, he is not well liked by FTP nor myself after seeing and possessing the documents I received this AM and the subsequent calls I have been making.
If there is cause for action, it is clearly laid out as sabotage, but accordingly to all those who deal professionally with Mr. Olsen and his associates, this shall be overcome.
I am in this for the long haul; viva la Olsen et al!!!

Oh, I did call Triangle and there will be 3 prs out today sometime; also they are busy with the company things; these other matters, I will dig out and make sure they remain public and not to be misconstrued.
Ownership did NOT revert to Mr. Lundgren and GAAY is not trading illegally; Mr. Lundgren appears to be a sorry loser who is no longer a partner to GAAY, having been removed last year :) Let me repeat Mr. Lundgren set up these shell corporations to interfere with Triangle Broadcasting, and is actively attempting to interfere with Triangle's successes - and the Yexas Corporations Mr. Jundgren concocted are not in good standing int he State of Texas. Attested to by myself this date August 11, 1999 all documentation verified and in hand and can be produced upon instant notification :)
I am long on GAAY and this will pass, but it may get dirty and cause for damages by Triangle can be made soooooo clearly, amatuers trying to do a con man's work. In my humble opinion :)
