Regarding earnings we should probably keep in mind that H&Q was correct regarding TMS. Only one version shipped and that was at the very end of the qtr - thus no TMS rev this qtr. Second, when Jerry denied the H&Q rpt he went on to mention that the Routerware purchase would reduce earnings "a penny or two". Since consensus of 3 analysts is .15 - one could see .13 with one time Routerware charge. This would be close to H&Q's .12 and at the same time allow Wind to feel comfortable about no pre-announcement.

Since H&Q was essentially correct regarding TMS, his insight into new Tornado II seats may also be relatively accurate and Jerry's denial gave no indication that revs are ahead of expectation.

I'd expect .13 with the one time charge which indicates continued near term flat growth so I'd expect the stock to continue to languish. The one surprise might be a new CEO but you'd think if they were close there would have been some buzz. Rich
