Why are they always 10 days late and millions short? Last quarter they filed in violation of the law...8 days.... now they file in violation of the law... 9 days. "these results are due to further write-down of value of Trading Securities, and operating expenses in excess of current gross profits." Come on Tim, The Bottom line is that they have had sales of $480K for the quarter and show NET losses of about $1,900,000.00 These results are due to the fact that they have not sold a damn thing... AND due to the fact that they claimed income for sales of "rights" and other bogus crap...that they actually never recieved... hence the write downs... now due to legal constraints (and perhaps worries about the IRS asking them to pay TAXES on income they reported) they have had to adjust dollar amounts to somewhat reflect reality!!! BUT they continue to show income of numerous millions that are purely fictitious!! Notice...they have refused to file single quarter results... outside of legally required documents.. delayed as much as possible ... of course...this would make it too eazy for people realize how completely out of hand things have gotten... Even their smoke and mirrors, magical slieght of books, book keeping wizardry,and typical striving to conceal reality, can't do anything in this day of solid failure to mask how badly things are going!! A CAML in quicksand, starving, dying, but attempting with all it's resources to mask the smell of decay ?? YES IT IS!!
