thomas alta. The transfer agent has not released any of the spinoff shares. My broker (Morgan Keegan in Louisville, KY) checked for me. Here is the text of the email I received from my broker:

I spoke with our home office about the NUOA spinoff and they are telling me that since the shares of the spinoff are showing restricted the transfer agent will not allow the spinoff stocks to be placed in any account anywhere. That is about all we can do until the transfer agent releases the restriction.
