Thanks Jim. I'm reluctant to call a bear market or whatever in the Dow right now because my own analyses do not show that it has peaked out. Accordingly, all I can say is there could be a fall of 10% which, on my models, would bring it into a mid-position between overbought and oversold. I'm not denying there could be a fall of 20% only that I can forecast it.

Trannies are definitely not overbought and, at most, all I can see is a 10% downside.
