From a BLHG PR dated Aug. 5, 98.

Beacon Light has announced it has signed an
agreement with the Certified Public Accounting firm of Hoffski &
Pisano to complete the company's audit for the years ended June 30,
1998 and 1997 including the related statements of operations,
stockholders' equity, and cash flows for the same years ended. The
firm of Hoffski & Pisano has extensive SEC related audit experience
and has engaged the services of a reputable CPA firm and legal firm in
China to aid in the audit process.

From a BLHG PR dated July 28, 99.

BLHG has further announced that it is in the process of working
with its auditors, Hoffski & Pisano, CPAs of Newport, California to
prepare for the company's audit which will commence at the close of
this fiscal year at the end of this month. Upon completion of the
audit, the company intends to file with the SEC in an effort to become
a 12-G reporting company.

This kinda sounds like all those letters of intent and acquisitions that sounded great in the PR, but never seemed to jell. If Gruenbaum allows BLHG to become BLHGE, he's got a hell of a lot of explaining to do.
