Doug,

I think you've misinterpreted the RespiGam shortage - it has more to do with unexpectedly high usage, not unexpectedly low supply, so I do not think earnings will be hurt - just not as good as might have been had they had unlimited supply. But this is not something you can just put an extra shift on at the plant and turn out more. Last year they had to give it away at the end of the year due to low demand, so this year's situation is better, they just didn't anticipate how much better it would be (and maybe couldn't have done much about it if they had, until their new plant is open).
