It sure is when, due to attorney generals you pull marketing waaay back from Feb-May, thus not enabling replacement of lost subs. AOL has been brilliant in allowing the market to keep assuming 8 million. What's amazing is how many appear so willing to ignore or hope against hope about the obvious.
