I just think there is such a little float...since insiders bought in also at higher prices...I think there are a lot of value investors looking for sectors that have been underperforming... and now there seem to be not many analysts covering small stocks.. I am thinking of averaging down...anybody have any idea what the book value is...no they also don't have to worry about financing.. they are raising prices...so.... I have picked some winners that have gotten taken over and they all appeared to have a similar trading pattern...like the stock was being thrown out...etc...(I made money but wasn't confident enough to hold them for the big money)
