Ross, met you at S.F. mining show (dec.'95) when the company had just been formed. Seems you and the company have been doing very well as I have been tracking your progress since that time. Yes, I do have a few shares due mainly to my visit to your booth at the previously mentioned mining show. As you mentioned then, and I also realized it would take time for this company to be recognized for what it was, a very solid company. I liked the idea of starting a company with three producing mines, a sorting company in Antwerp, and some fine prospects in recognized(not fantasized) areas. I really, as an investor, don't have much in the way of patience , but in this instance I could really see the writing on the wall. Why are all these so-called diamond exploration companies prices as-high-as Rex, when they don't have the producing projects, the reserve projects(Sierra-Leone etc.) or the highest quality of stones in the world. On paper Rex is a natural. I think the mining investors like the suspense of "finding" something. I also believe thats why the stock has moved recently. The exploration arm of your company was formed and this excited people. Throw in a Sierra-Leone cease-fire, a report from a well known diamond expert or two, and walla... you have the recipe for those mining investors. We do need these types of investors to attract other investors. I believe that Rex is and always be the same solid company. Good luck and keep up the fine work.--stevieD |
