Hahahaha! You are getting more ridiculous with each post. You prove my point that Hitler had the power to change his government (because he did) and Clinton does not. You erred when you said Germany had a constitution. And you now admit that the Code was changeable in a way that our framers guarded against through state by state ratification. You just can't admit that Clinton is not allowed to be the tyrant he wants to be because of systemic constraints not present in Hitler's Germany.
