Alex,

Dangerous words to say such evil things like Linux and NetWare marketshare both gaining. I know its true but these people dont want to here that!

The huge initial crest of the Directory Services wave that NDS is beginning to ride with its recent 8th generation of NDS will begin to take some larger bites out of NT5/Windows2000 in the future. Active Directory will be release #1 and as we all know from MSFT history, it will not be risking your business on to deploy MSFT's 1st generation DS when there is substantially more mature product out there with NDS.

But with that being said, these board people want to think that their MSFT stock has been stale for over 6 months because of market conditions and not anything to do with strategic MSFT market and product errors.

You better apologize to this board for bringing on such blunt honesty!
