Meteor completes due diligence on ThoughtShare acquisition

The company has completed its due diligence review with respect to the
acquisition of a 35-per-cent interest in ThoughtShare Communications Inc.,
a Vancouver-based Internet technology company.
The review confirmed all representations made by ThoughtShare in the letter
of intent between the parties, including ThoughtShare's right to certain
licences integral to the development of its unique Internet browser
application.
Accordingly, Meteor has advanced a second payment of $100,000 to
ThoughtShare and anticipates finalization of a formal agreement shortly.
